Old crafts under the trees

Old Crafts under the Threes is a tour that winds under the canopies of trees, through forests and orchards. The guided cycling tour is suitable for all generations and can be adapted to your wishes. You will learn about characteristics of this mythical region, including a masterpiece by architect Jože Plečnik and a unique brick Romanesque rotund church. We will let you experience the countryside as it once was.

You will visit the Časar Mill, which used to mill various flours and make pumpkinseed oil. You will learn about Medičarstvo, the old and nearly forgotten Prekmurje craft of making honey pastries. You will bike along a ridge with breathtaking views of the landscape, and after the tour, you will get to enjoy an authentic Prekmurje lunch from local ingredients.
