Rent a canoe, wooden boat, or SUP at Mestna Plaža and embark on a scenic paddle down the Krka River. Along the way, you’ll pass under four bridges, including the new Julija’s Footbridge. Glide past two castles, Kamen and Novi Dvor, the latter once home to Prešeren’s muse, Julija Primic. As you continue, admire the historic old town of Novo mesto, embraced by the winding Krka River.
