In Cerkno you will find one of the most recognisable carnival groups in Slovenia – Laufarija of Cerkno. Discover the culinary side of Cerkno and taste traditional homemade dishes from the Idrija–Cerkno region: Idrija žlikrofi (potato-filled pasta), pajtičke (baked pastries), or smukávc (stew soup).
