Restaurant Strelec is located at Ljubljana Castle, in the Archers’ Tower, where history meets contemporary cuisine. Under the leadership of Chef Igor Jagodic, modern Slovenian fine dining is created with a strong focus on local and seasonal ingredients, inspired by tradition and interpreted in a creative way. The restaurant is featured in the Michelin Guide, Gault&Millau, and Falstaff.
The 15th-century round tower, enriched with sgraffito murals by Boris Kobe and Marij Pregelj, provides a unique setting, while the terrace offers one of the most beautiful views of Ljubljana.
Sustainability is part of its daily practice: working with local producers, carefully planning dishes to reduce waste, using energy and water efficiently, and choosing sustainable materials. In 2023, the restaurant received a sustainability certificate.
